Ingredients:-
2 cups Boiled noodles
2 tbsp. Oil
¼ cup finely chopped spring onion whites
2 tsp. finely chopped Garlic
½ cup thinly sliced carrots
¼ cup shredded cabbage
½ cup thinly sliced capsicum
1 tsp. Soy sauce
Salt to taste
A pinch of black peppercorns powder
2 tbsp. finely chopped spring onion greens
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and stir. Keep aside to cool down.
2. In another pan heat oil, add onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage and capsicum.
3. Give it a toss and add noodles, soy sauce, salt and the chilli oil.
4. Toss it a few times and add black pepper, spring onions and mix.
Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready to serve! You can serve it with hot Manchurian Gravy.
